I’m a queer brown cisgender therapist with 15 years of experience supporting people of color, queer and trans folks, and anyone navigating substance use, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity and/or altered states. My approach is eclectic, feminist, and liberation-rooted; grounded in the belief that your coping strategies made sense given what you survived.

As someone shaped by both NYC and Puerto Rico, I bring a deep, personal understanding of what it means to navigate multiple worlds, systems, and identities at once. I believe healing happens at these intersections, in relationship, and not in isolation.

I work from a feminist, liberation-oriented, and strengths-based lens, which means I don’t pathologize survival. Your coping made sense. My job isn’t to fix you, because you are not broken. I walk alongside you to support you to better understand yourself, reclaim your agency, and move toward the life you want.

I bring humor, candor, and a non-judgmental presence to the room, because therapy shouldn’t feel like one more system you have to perform for.

My practice centers people of color, queer and trans folks, and those working through substance use, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and altered states of reality.

Modalities you use to approach your practice with Person centered- Strengths Based, Liberation focused therapy, Anti Oppressive Practice, Cognitive behavioral therapy, Dialectical behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solutions Focused, informed by Internal Family systems and in process of being certified, Somatic focused informed by Zen Buddhism and Mindfulness practices.
